Research & Workshops

PCMLP’s core partners in the Price Media Law Moot Court Programme are other Universities and we are working to strengthen the teaching and policy engagement with these partners. Our moot courts are accompanied by workshops that often explore the issues raised in the moot court case, or another related issue of media policy, in comparative perspective. This space highlights some of these collaborative efforts.

In addition, students must do extensive research on cases and law relating to freedom of expression when preparing for one of our moot courts. Participants that come to serve as judges, including actual judges, as well as members of advocacy organizations and practicing lawyers, are also required to familiarize themselves with the issues at hand before they adjudicate. The results of some of these research endeavors are also available here.

More information about the various research projects as well as workshops and events affiliated with the Price Moot is available through PCMLP's website.
